How does the free access work?
Try the Blinko platform for free: you can get information on 5 companies and 5 contacts. When you run out of credits, you can choose the plan most in line with your needs.
How do credits work?
Depending on the package you choose, you will be able to view a limited number of companies and contacts. If you click on the same company or contact multiple times, you will be charged only 1 credit per month
Can I receive a training session to better use Blinko?
Yes, you can check out our video tutorials directly from Youtube (YOUTUBE LINK), or request a free consultation with one of our salespeople.
Can I change my subscription plan during the year?
Yes, you can upgrade or move to a lower plan at any time directly from your personal area.
Is there an automatic renewal of my monthly subscription?
Yes but you can cancel your monthly subscription at any time. Remember that by canceling it, you will lose all your saved searches.
I am a company, can I have more access for the whole team?
Yes, contact our sales managers, he will present you with different packages tailored to meet the needs of companies like yours.
I want to download the data in Excel format, how can I do that?
If you wanted to optimize lead generation activities, export all saved searches to Excel format. Contact one of our Sales Managers and they will present you tailored packages to meet the needs of companies like yours.
What happens if I terminate my credits before the month is up?
If you have run out of credits you can upgrade to the next plan, or request an appointment with a Sales Manager to evaluate unlimited consultation solutions more in line with your business.
Can I accumulate the credits I don't use with the next month's credits?
No, each month the credit counter resets. To get more credits in the next month you can upgrade your offer or contact one of our Sales Manager to get quotes in line with your needs.
How does Blinko work with respect to GDPR regulations?
All data in our database is GDPR compliant, as it is centralized information from public press sources and confirmed by phone directly by the relevant company switchboard. The Client declares that it has received and read the information notice pursuant to Article 13 of EU Reg. 2016/679 (“GDPR”). Pursuant to and for the purposes of the GDPR, the Parties are required to comply with all obligations under applicable law. Blinko will be exonerated from any liability of violation of the GDPR regulation.
